Vesperis Heather Honey Vodka is made from their Pictish Botanical Vodka into which they add the raw heather honey, exactly the same honey added into the still during the distillation process. Then all it needs is time…it is then left to macerate for a number of weeks to extract all the wonderful flavour and colour from the honey to create Scotlands first and only Heather Honey Vodka. Again this vodka can be savoured neat or over ice to fully immerse yourself in the amazing heather honey notes or mixed with ginger ale and a squeeze of lime juice to create a unique take on a Moscow Mule.
