Description

An impressively-aged addition to Tobermory’s core range, released in September 2022, this small-batch 21-year-old was initially matured in refill casks and transferred to oloroso sherry casks in February 2015, where it remained until it was bottled. Aromas of toffee, marzipan, treacle, toasted hazelnuts and furniture polish fill the nose, complemented by notes of cherry wood, brown sugar, caramelised pineapples and sticky toffee throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
