The Cellar Master got the idea of blending rums from several countries of the Caribbean region, in order to create a rum that will have all the qualities of its constituents and then will be very aromatic, complex and round in mouth.
The aromas are very rich but not agressive, mixing notes of roasted pineapple, ripe banana, mango, candied fruits and nuts. The palate is round, smooth and supple, ending with notes of liquorice and vanilla.
Chateau de Breuil, a real flavour explorer, has selected great rums over the years, produced according to tradition with respect for quality passed down through generations. They all come from the best local distilleries, renowned in their countries of origin. Distilled as small limited series, they will be snapped up.
