Description

The third release in a series of limited seasonal bottlings, Lochlea Fallow Edition is inspired by autumn on the farm, when fields are left to fallow and rest after the year’s harvest. The first release from Lochlea distillery to be matured exclusively in ex-oloroso sherry butts, it offers aromas of plums, red berries and freshly-baked banana bread that fill the nose, complemented by notes of dried fruit, leather, malt biscuits, aniseed and rose petals throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
