Made from selected malts of the highest quality, following the traditional production techniques of the Acha family after five generations. Its long aging in oak barrels of different origins and levels of toasting complements and rounds off this incredible broth of unparalleled aromas and flavours, the result of a careful selection of whiskey from our traditional recipe of 1880 that after having matured for a minimum of 12 years will go through a period of finishing in barrels previously used for aging Sherry wines.
