An experimental release from Elgin’s finest: Glen Moray. The distillery’s warehouses are full of weird and wonderful casks and this whisky has been finished in ones that were previously used to hold Thistly Cross Scottish craft cider. The result as layers of toffee apples to Glen Moray’s already fruity spirit – an excellent combination.
