This limited edition single malt from Leith’s John Crabbie & Co. hails from an undisclosed distillery in the Highland region, where it was distilled from peated malt, before being matured for 15 years in ex-sherry casks from Spain.

Crabbie’s tasting notes…

Nose: Beach campfires, salted caramel with subtle notes of citrus and fresh sea air.

Palate: Dark chocolate, delicate smoke, grilled stone fruits with an undercurrent of savoury sea salt.

Finish: Long buttery finish with delicate smoke, complex mineral and coastal notes all wrapped up in luxurious chocolate.
