Taste

Aroma – Delicious dry sherry aromas mingles with cinnamon and clove. Toffee apple notes give way to mixed peel gradually developing into subtle malty undertones.

Taste – Smooth and creamy; ripe apricots and stewed plum coated in orange marmalade lead into flavours of bitter dark chocolate highlighted by notes of blackberries, blackcurrants, and sticky fig jam.

Finish – Long and lingering with nuanced aniseed, candied citrus peel, and charred oak.
